Donna is the founder of Animal physiotherapy Ltd. She is an animal physiotherapist who passed her post-graduate qualification in animal physiotherapy with distinction, with the international association on animal therapists in 2005. Prior to this she qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2003. This also included specialising in emergency and critical care nursing for 2.5 years.
Donna has a life time experience in working with many species including domestic pets, equine and farm animals. She has also cared for many exotic and zoo animals. Donna has a keen interest in treating patients with osteoarthritis. Her patients have ranged from cats, dogs and rabbits, to Alpaca and even a cow!
Donna is an accredited practical trainer for new animal physiotherapists, and a lecturer for Improve international, which is a training company that offers continual professional development to other veterinary professionals.
Due to her extensive experience she was asked to provide physiotherapy services for The Pet Spa at Harrods.
